About the Event
In June 2024, Chelmsford City Council leased Central Place; a block of 10 1-bed flats to Housing Dilemmas CIC to provide accommodation under the Accommodation for Ex-offenders project. To find out how we intend to use the space to prevent homelessness and support our service users wellbeing, attend this special opening.
