Supported Accommodation

We provide supported housing accommodation to single homeless adults who are willing to engage in a tailored support plan with the aim of moving on to independent living within a period of 24 months or less.

Budgeting & Tenancy Sustainment Guidance

We are proactive with our budgeting support and in instilling tenancy sustainment skills in our service users through our person-centred support delivery.

Tailored Support

Our person-centred tailored support plan approach ensures that each service user’s needs are the target and focus of the support they receive to enhance their mental, emotional and physical needs.

Employment, Training and Education

We work in collaboration with other service providers and the DWP to enrol our service users on academic and training courses, apprenticeships and back-to-work programmes.

Social, Mental & Physical Wellbeing Care

Service users are encouraged to engage in social activities to mitigate the adverse impact of feelings of isolation. Participating in activities like gardening, painting, walking, cycling, house-cleaning, and other volunteering chores benefit the physical and mental wellbeing of our service users.

Progress Into Independent Living

100% of our service users are supported through the transition process into independent living. They all receive Tenancy Sustainment support to enable them to acquire the skills they need to sustain their new tenancies.
