A Tenancy Sustainment session lasts a minimum of an hour and it takes five sessions averagely to resolve most issues. Buy and donate a session or sessions of Tenancy Sustainment support to a service user to prevent homelessness.

It is our priority to prevent homelessness by supporting individuals and families being threatened with evictions by negotiating sustainable arrangements with their landlords. If negotiations fail, we will support the service user to defend themselves in court to avert the eviction. This service also includes supporting the individual or family to liaise with Universal Credit or Housing Benefit to resolve any issues pertaining to their claims.
