To contribute positively to society, our service users need to acquire the right skillsets through training, volunteering, work experience, apprenticeships or formal education. Having struggled with mental health and drug addiction issues, some service users tend to have low self-esteem and lack the confidence to use their time meaningfully to acquire the requisite skillsets that will make them employable.
Our Employability Skills Support Package is designed to assist service users to gain confidence by supporting them to find work placements with local businesses. Or enrol on training courses in their chosen fields with the view of improving their chances of attaining paid work in the future. This service also includes CV writing, job searches, applications and interviewing skills.
