It is our priority to prevent homelessness by supporting individuals being threatened with evictions by negotiating sustainable arrangements with their landlords; detailing procedures and making one aware of their rights and responsibilities. This service also includes supporting the individual to liaise with Universal Credit or Housing Benefit to resolve any issues pertaining to their claims.
